Hi,
Just wanted to share a card I made for a friend to give her Granddaughter
This is a first on two levels. The first is the fact that this card has no back and sits on this stand which I made for it. The second is this is the first time I have used an image by All Dressed Up Stamps I've only just found them and I adore them. I love the fact that they are so simple but so usable on every level. The image was a freebie given away a short while ago to help people get started and join in with her monthly challenges.
I used papers from a paper pad I picked up in the store so all the hard work has been done on that front. I used a stencil by Dutch Doobadoo Shape-Art-A5-Square. found here at NoorDesign! UK Shop/Crafteezee I have also used several different dies one of which is the scribble heart by Tim Holtz. I've added lace, glitter, ribbon and a metal charm.
I will be entering this card in the following challenges:-
Noordesign-uk.blogspot. August-challenge-anything-goes.
Cutecardthursday.blogspot.challenge-490-embossing
Alldressedupchallenges.blogspot. challenge-71
Shoppingourstash.-315-spice-up-your-life. I was thinking either baby or ginger spice.
cagichallenge.blogspot.time-to-die-die-cuts.
Thanks for stopping by, hope you'll leave a word or too.
Sue

ReplyDeleteEeeee heeee! That is sooo cute!! Thanks for joining us this month at Noor! Design UK for the "Anything Goes" challenge. My personal favorite! LOL! Hugs!
ReplyDeletei love that you can color LIKE THAT and think the "hard work" would be to choose coordinating patterned papers lol!!! :) this is perfection. and YES, what a great line of stamps, i love that they are totally appealing without being "cutesy" in any respect. (which is, i think, an impressive feat!)
ReplyDeleteps: be on the lookout for a DT call from that site... you are the PERFECT advertisement for their images, imo!
