Happy Mothers Day

Hello,

This is my second post of the day! I am sharing the card I made my Mum.

It is a 6x6 square card. Which I have covered with a pretty paper adding 4 fancy corners 2 in the pink and 2 in the green. The image was purchased already coloured in so all I had to do was match the back ground cardstock. I cut a strip banner from the paper and added it to some pink to pop it forward. I also added a heart doily along with flowers from my stash and 4 gems and a few spots of glitter glue.

Thanks for stopping by today.

I'm also entering this card in this challenge. Ribbongirls.blogspot challenge

White on White

Hello,

Today I have a card to share with you. Don't panic it's a Christmas card!!!!

I decided it was time to join in with a group I am part of on Facebook. The girls have been sharing some wonderful cards and I was just iching to try one. The challenge for March is anything goes or White on White which is what I decided to try.

The card is a 5x7 with a swiss dot's top layer then to that I have added 2 corner snowflake die cuts and some other snowflakes too. The image is Penny-Penquin and I've coloured her in using my Promarker pens. I did try to emboss some snowflakes about her but they don't show up so well.

Thanks for stopping buy today.

Days to remember!

Hello from a blustery Milton Keynes!

I'd like to share with you today a layout I made yesterday at the Merly Impressions Crop held over in Bedford.

It features my son meeting his favorite Power Ranger (mine too) Tommy (Jason David Frank) at the London Comicon held last year (2016). This guy had a que far longer than anyone else's mostly because he spent time with every person who que'd to get their moment with him.

The layout uses papers from the beautiful Hanami-garden collection  The kit can now be bought from Chrissy. I slightly changed a few bits as it was for a guy and her layout was not.

Thanks for stopping by today.

Still Celebrating

Hi,

We are still celebrating our 1st birthday over at coloritcreateitshowitoff.blogspot. And we would love to see you join us.

Today I am sharing this darling instant-download of 3d pinkie which I have made in to a sweet birthday card.
You get 4 images on the page but I used just the one and chose not to 3d her this time for speed. You decide what to do with her when you get her! If you saw my last post the mat she is on is the same card I used for the leaves.
I have used a Sweet Dixi corner die and a silver birthday message from my stash. The flowers I have grouped together along with a few purple glitter leaves to match her skirt. I added the little birdie for extra cuteness.

Come on over and join in the fun with us, as always a anything goes challenge with prizes to be won.

Chibi Kawaii Bestie

Hi,

Today It is reminder time over at  Besties International Blog Challenge   and I have chosen this adorable       My Besties Chibi Kawaii Besties Scan0031_  to colour in.

The card is an order for a friend to give her twin daughters and they love cute things and the colour pink and purple. So with that brief I set to.

The card is a 7x7 bright white card blank to which I added this Bobunny paper after stitching the edges with lime green and then distressing for good measure.
I added the script paper to some deeper pink glitter card, I also typed the sentiment and put that on to the same glitter card too.
The image has bees on it so I die cut a few along with a couple of ladybirds. The toadstools were a gift from my very own Bestie Sandy (thank you). I cut out some flower heads and leaves too.
The image I coloured in using my Promarkers and then die cut her out and matted her on to a green mat.
Then the fun began with putting it all together.

On the inside left I have added another flower and two more bees.

Thanks for stopping by today, please take a look at the rest of the design teams makes, but do leave a word or two as I love to read them and pop over to yours.

Colour it, create it and show it off

Hi,
Today I am sharing a fun bottle tag I made using this cute image Bestie in a frame We are still celebrating our 1st birthday over at color it create it show it off  so why not come and join us?

I just made my own tag shape and cut a hole for the bottle neck to fit through, I reinforced it with a circle cut using my Cricut machine and the left behind became the mat for the Happy Birthday sentiment you can just see.
I used the same cardstock to cut 3 leaves out. The image I coloured in using my Promarker pens and then fussy cut her out. I added glossy accents to the red roses. The tag itself was cut out of cream card and then I just took a selection of paper off cuts from the Party_Paper_Pocket_Letter_Instant_Download and randomly stuck them down. Then to finish off I inked over the whole thing with Antique Linen.

Come over and look around and then add your own creation. As always we are a anything goes challenge.

Colour it, create it & show it off is 1 today

Hi,

Today over at color it create it show it off blogspot we are celebrating the challenges 1st birthday. So for this we will be sharing new cards throughout the month. Come and join in as there will be a super prize pack to be won.

Here is my first card to share with you all. It uses this cute image cookie the cook
This time I chose to make a 5x5 cream card base. I took a soft green card and to that I added the rose paper which picks out the roses on the cake. I wrapped a lilac dot ribbon around it and then stuck it down to the card base. I tied a little bow and added that to the top. The birthday message is a two part stamp.
I coloured her using my Promarker pens and then fussy cut her out. I used foam pads to lift her from the card. 3 pearls in lemon and green just finish it off.
Thanks for stopping by, leave a word or two as its nice to know who's been on by.
