Do start at the beginning over at www.mypapercrafting.com and follow the links as there are prizes on the way so be sure to leave a comment at each stop along with your Email so we can get back to you if your the lucky one.
One person will be randomly picked after they leave a comment on all blogs and they will win a voucher for $20. Then one person from each blog will win a free digi or svg to the value of $2 that will be randomly picked too.

So here is my card for the challenge, isn't he so cute...

For this card I used a 6x6 cream card blank and removed a small strip from the front edge. I then used a soft red rose paper to cover the front. I used a length of grosgrain ribbon along one side but I added two tucks at the bottom which I added a heart button to.
I chose to bring out the green in the paper by making the mats for the image and patterned paper along with the flourish too.
The cute image comes with the sentiment underneath as well as without. It is called Bear Immeasurably Loved, I coloured it in using my ProMarker pens.

Now it is time to hop on over to the next design team member Charlotte  at www.alittlebitofdetail.blogspot.com and then on to the next one until you have visited us all.

Thanks for stopping by today and I hope you have lots of fun.

Lacy Sunshine Challenge 25-Bingo

Hello,

Over at www.lacysunshinechallengeblog.blogspot.co.uk this week the challenge is to follow the game of BINGO. I have chosen to use the top line and make a card with a bow, pearls and ribbon on it.

The card is a 5x7 top fold in pearlesent white. The paper with the text on was free in a magazine and says "always look for the rainbows in your life" I then used lavender/black card which when embossed the black shows the lavender through. I used some white lace ribbon under the mats which hold the coloured image. Again this week it is a image I had coloured in before Christmas (another one down for this year lol) and so I added a ribbon flower and bow and 3 pearls to bring it all together. The sentiment is a Verve stamp and I have used TH ink pad in dusty concord throughout.

It's My Sheri Craft time...

Hello,
Well we have a new term starting over at http://myshericrafts.blogspot.co.uk/ and for this challenge Sheri herself has chosen the theme and it is a great one Delightful Digi's. We all love these little beauties and there are loads out there, so choose your favorite and jump right in.

This time I have chosen to use a Bestie image, they are so cute and this card is going to my niece who will turn 13 later in the month.

For this large A5 card I first stamped using Justrite's Bon Voyage stamp set and then embossed it. I die cut two labels out to mat under the image. The image is big eyed Paris Bestie which I coloured in using my ProMarker pens I used Romantic rectangles to cut her out and layed her on lavender card. I used two types of ribbon around the die cut strip. The little leaves were a gift and I placed 3 roses on top and tree gems at the top of the card.

Thanks for stopping by, now its your turn to link up with us but first please do checkout the rest of the design teams fab cards.

Sunshine Christmas Card.

Hi,
I decided to join in with the challenge over at http://lacysunshinechallengeblog.blogspot.co.uk today. They have asked us to make a card with "anything goes" this time. As I had this image printed out before Christmas I decided to use it up and make a start on this years Christmas cards.

I made this 6x6 card and covered it in Kaisercraft Xmas papers from this year. I cut out the image using a floral Spellbinder die and inked the edges a little. Matted on to burgundy card I lifted it up using foam pads. I made a few SB pontseta flowers and a banner strip too. The sentiment is a gold peel off matted on to the same card stock. Just to pull it all in I added some red fibers.

Thanks for looking today.

Sue.

Delightful Paterned Paper Challenge

Hello there,
I made this card for an order and whilst looking around my favorite sites I noticed it fitted in with this weeks challenge over at http://delightfulsketches.blogspot.co.uk/ so I thought I'd give it a go and enter. The challenge this week is to make a card using patterned paper.

I have made a tri-fold card and using Kaisercraft papers from the "forget-me-not" collection I have covered all 3 panels. I did some fussy cutting of some flowers and layered them up and I also used a couple of stickers from the sheet which I mounted onto cardstock. The bee I added Glossy Accents to after colouring in its wings and body,

Here are a couple more photos showing the card open.

Thanks for looking in today.   Sue

Happy 2014

Well it's 2014 and I wonder what it has in store for all of us? Good health and happiness I wish for all of  my friends and family.

Just after Christmas I was asked to make 3 cards for the same young man turning 21. One from his Nana (my neighbour), one from his mum and dad and another from a friend.

Here are two of the cards I made, the other was delivered before I could take a photo.

This is a large A5 card using a black cardstock. I have used 2 sheets of DCWV glitter stack paper which I mounted on to some tan cardstock. Out of the same tan card I cut the circle image from Accent Essentials and split up. The cards are cut from Kaisercraft paper and inked, I added some glossy accents to a few hearts. The love embellishment was a great find in Looby Crafts, a whole bag of wooden sentiments for £3. I used a little ribbon and another gold card embellishment to finish off the sentiment strip which I printed out myself.

Here is the card I made for his Mum and Dad to give. I saw ts on Pinterest and just loved it so I switched around the sentiment to best suit and this is what I came up with.

Again this is a A5 card blank but in Blue. The striped paper is also from Kaisercraft. I started by printing out the sentiment on to some cream card and then using a die I cut out the 3 stars. I also used a hand punch a popped out some more stars. I die cut out 3 small stars and added those to the card front along with some ribbon. The edges of the paper and cream card have been distressed and inked too.

Thanks for stopping by today and again Happy New Year.
