Hello,
Today I'd like to share with you all a card I made for a friend of my husband who was getting married. I've used this lovely precoloured image I picked up at the store a while back. I cut it out using my stitched die and then gathered all my other ingredients which had a soft green to them as well as white.
I decided to cut away some of the front to make the image float. I covered 5inch square in wedding paper from my stash and matted that on to some long forgotten sage green vellum. I added a soft green doily tucking under some deep white lace. I added the image on to that and then added a daisy flower from crafteezee.UK I made a couple from paper beside it and cut out a few leaves in vellum.
The sentiment is by Verve from their Love Everlasting set which is one of my favorites. I placed a couple more open leaves under it. I dotted a few sequins and pearls about the card and we were done. I should add this card is a 7x7 bright white and I stamped some random hearts using the same stamp set as above and tied a piece of shere soft green ribbon around it.
And here is a side view
Thanks for stopping by today, I'd love to hear what you think.
I'm entering my card in the following challenges...
