Challenge 141 on My Shei Crafts

long time no blog!! This week over at it is Sarah's turn to choose the challenge and she has asked us all to make a project to celebrate September the month of the piano or if not that atleast to have something musical on it.

As you can see no piano but I do have a music sheet and a cute carol singer,

This card is a 6x6 in kraft. I used a stamp which came free with a magazine last month by "Tiddly Inks" there were 5 stamps and a small embossing folder in the give away.
I used up some scraps on this card too, the music sheet is off a bit I couldn't throw away by Graphic 45 and the damask paper is a tiny bit left aswell. The snowflakes are cut from the music paper and gold paper with a small black pearl added. I coloured her in using my Promarkers.
Thanks for stopping by today, see what the other girls have made (some stunners) and then link up your own design.

  1. A beautiful Christmas design. Love the vintage feel to it and the music sheet in the background. Wishing you a wonderful weekend with a bit of craftiness on the side.

  3. Love, love this Christmas card Sue!!! :)

  4. Sue, this is such a sweet and beautiful Christmas card and I'm sooo glad you didn't toss any of those sweet little bits as they all added up to such a lovely card!!!

  5. Sue, I love your card. I love the whole look of it all. Combining the rustic old age feel on the music sheet combined with that bright image... what a great contrast!

  6. Love what you came up with the beautiful paper scraps! You are so lucky to get an adorable stamp like that for free!
