Challenge 129

Today over at it is design team sister Raquel's turn to set the challenge and so this time she would like us to create a project with a spring flower on it.

Now I don't have any actual stamps with what could be called "spring flowers" on them so I decided to make my card using a little stamp I have had in my stash for a while along with this ever so cute little girl in a plant pot stamp my dear friend Sandy sent me.

I have been loving the boarders available to go around the edge of a card, but as I don't own any yet I made my own.
The card is a 6x6 easel and I have used this stripe paper from my stash which I ran though my GC first. The image is coloured in with my Pro Marker pens as are the little flowers.  I just have to add a sentiment maybe Happy Spring Time or Popping Up to Say.
Now it is your turn to think Spring Flowers and join in.
Oh this is what happens when the nets get in on the action

  1. Sue, this is such a lovely fun and cute card! It has such a fresh look to it all... so clean and crisp. Wonderful image and coloring and you are definitely the master of popping up pattern over pattern... decoupage is it?

  2. Sue, this is really wonderful! I love the colors you chose here! Love the SB frame! Love the ribbon bow! Ok, you get the point, lol! :)

  3. This is so sweet, Sue! Adorable image and I love all the layers!

  4. Sue, the happy colors of your card and the sweet image of the girl inside the flower pot just made me smile! I love the beautiful layered frames as well.
