Making a Start....

Hi and Oooh it's Tuesday!

Which means it's time to kick start a new challenge over at digichoosday and this week we are thinking about Christmas and Winter themed events.

I know it happens every year but every year I get caught out by not being ready with my cards! So I have decided to make one Christmas card for every none I make for the next few weeks. I know that won't be enough but its a start!

Here is what I have made

I have used a 5x7 card blank and then I printed out 3 different papers, a sentiment and some baubles from the embellishments set of the gorgeous Winnie-winterland-big-kahuna-digital-craft-download  I then printed out the adorable Winnie-winterland-fairy which is in the kit but you can buy her separately.
I have also used my newest die set Polkadoodles Fanciful-circles-nested-6 dieset  This is on sale at the moment and I can tell you it cuts like butter!
I coloured her in using my Promarker pens and added some sparkle to her wings and the baubles too.

I do hope you can come join us, as always Anything Goes! With the chance to win a gift card to spend in store on anything you please.
I'd like to join in with the following challenges

Mythical Bookworm Unicorn!

Hello,

Today I'd like to share with you all my card for the new challenge starting today over at A Gem of a Challenge using the adorable images from Pink Gem Designs which you can now find in store at Polkadoodles.co.uk

For my card I have used this cute little Bookworm-Unicorn digi stamp
I have also used for the background winnie-starfish-sandcastles-papers-5 . I have coloured the little fella in with my Promarker pens and added some glitter glue to the stars around him. The blue stars are a Verve Die as are the sentiments. For the little tab I used the fancy-rectangles-tabs-die-set which is on a sale at the moment.
I hope you can come on over and play along. As always we are Anything Goes and there is a FAB prize of a gift voucher to spend in the STORE .

A Little Bit Scary

Hello,

Today I'd like to share with you my new card for this weeks Digichoosday Challenge  We were asked to think about "spooky" things. So I have made this easel card to celebrate the upcoming Halloween festivities which are becoming more and more popular over here in the U.K in the last few years.

I first made my 6x6 card base from bright white and then I printed off a selection of papers from Halloween-trick-or-treat-printable-papers-3 as well as sentiments from Halloween-trick-or-treat-printable-sentiments and then the cute little Winnie-wednesday-trick-or-treat-precoloured-digi-stamp  I did some mat and layering and made sure I lifted the base sentiment to be the stopper.
I added 2 lengths of ribbon before cutting the image and its mat with the fancy-rectangles-tabs-die-set . I positioned a very creepy spider at the bottom ( it's like she is looking at it! 😧) and a couple of tiny bats too.

I do hope you can join in the fun. You don't have to do spooky as we are a anything goes challenge. So come on over and "show us your makes" lol.

I'm joining in with the following challenges too...

Onesie-Pink Christmas.

Hello,

I am here today to share a card for a new Design Team I'm on. It is Pink Gems and they can now be found over at Polkadoodles.co.uk .
Nikky has brought Janets designs under her umbrella so now you can find her lovely images there. The challenge can still be found here at Pinkgemchallengeblog.blogspot.com

For my card I have used Poppy-onesie-digital-stamp-download you can also purchase her in a pre-coloured version for those who prefer not to colour. I coloured her in using my Promarker pens.

For this card I made a 5x7 white card base and then matted it up with black and on to that  Illuminate from the Sparkle Collection
I also cut a strip from Vivacity from the same collection. On to that I added some pink sheer ribbon adding along the way a silver Christmas tree charm and some pink glitter berries.
The sentiment is cut from the info strip from one of the papers used. A few clear sequins and some foam tape for lift and the card is complete.
I do hope you can come and join us in the challenge. We are thinking pink on the design team.

Oo-La-La!

Hello and a Happy Sunday!

Today is the start of a new challenge over at lilpatchofcraftyfriends  and we have a Exclusive Sponsor. This time it is Polkadoodles.co.uk and the lucky winner will receive a voucher worth £6.75 to spend in their store.

I was lucky enough to be given this beautiful image to use and she is called Ruby-oo-la-la . Here is the card I made

I have made a 5x7 and added papers from my stash in pumpkin, purple and a floral yellow. The flowers have been cut out from the same papers and I've added some bright green leaves to make them pop.
The image I printed out straight on to a postcard from the beautiful Belle-papillon-vintage-amazingness-download and then coloured it in using my Promarker pens.
I did a little stitching around the edge of the frame and added a little glitter glue to the flowers to finish it off.

Thanks for stopping by and I do hope you will be able to join in with our challenge.
I'd like to share in the following challenges

Autumn Calling!

Hello again!

I'd like to share my make for this weeks digichoosday.Challenge #40  Which has started today.
We are all thinking about Autumn and things that happen but we are a "anything goes challenge" so you can post what ever you are working on, we'd love to come visit and who knows you could win some goodies.

Well Autumn always makes me think of pumpkins, leaves falling and of course Halloween! So for my card I have used papers from Halloween-trick-or-treat-printable-papers-3   also a sentiment from Halloween-trick-or-treat-printable-sentiments along with images from the Autumn-fall-colour-digital-download-bundle
along with the adorable winnie-wednesday-skull-precoloured-digi-stamp .
I made a 5x7 bright white card blank and grabbed burnt orange cardstock and blackwhite-berisford-pencil-stripe ribbon to put the card together. I had in a box a couple of tiny bats which I added along with sequins and glitter glue.
I'd like to join in with the following challenges
