Hi there,
Today I'd like to share with you a cute card I made for young lady turning 18 soon.
This card is a 6x6 cream card blank which I have added a baby pink smooth card mat. Then I've taken some patterned paper and after running it thorough and embossing folder I have stitched in opposite corners adding 3 seed beads to the last stitch for added interest.
I attached that to the card front and then added 3 banners picking out the colours in the paper. I used my Cricut machine to cut the 18. The stamp and its sentiment stamp I have had for a looong time and have no idea where it came from! I coloured her in using my trusty Promarker pens and then added her to a mat cut using a Spellbinder die, the sentiment too.
A few flowers and leaves to the bottom along with some pearls to finish off and there we have it!
I'm entering this card on the following blog challenges Ribbon Girl

Get Well Soon.
Hello there,
Today I am pleased to share with you a card I made as the Guest Designer over at addicted-to-stamps.blogspot.
I took part in the challenge over at Scrapbook Stamp Society Challenge Blog in January and was chose to share with you today.
I have used this super img 106343 I call her Poorly Sue Lol. Because as I type this I am full of cold (thanks to my son!)
This is a 5x7 cream card blank. The paper is BoBunny and mixes shades of purples and greens, so I took a piece of green card slightly smaller than the card base and on to that I matted the cross hatch purple paper. I ran a purple dotty ribbon around it and made a faux bow then stuck it down to the card blank.
The image I coloured in with my Promarker pens then cut her out and matted her on to the same green as before which was gutted from beneath the purple (I hate waste don't you?). The sentiment stamp is from my stash as is the button and wax thread.
I then took my stamps and dies from Be Blessed Set by Verve and made a collection at the bottom. I added a few drops of liquid pearl and we were finished.
Thanks for stopping by today, I hope this inspires you to make a quick card to have ready when needed.
Sue.

Reminder Time at Besties International
Good Morning,
Well it's the 15th of the month which means it's time for a friendly reminder about the challenge we have running over at Besties challenge blog This month we have a theme of Valentines or the colour pink or red. There is also the anything goes option. Great prizes to be won too.
For my reminder card I have used Enjoy the Little Things, Paper Pockets but I enlarged the 2 images slightly to fit on my card front and I used another on the inside.
I used other bits off the other pages to complete the card. Such as the banner at the bottom and the butterflies. I added silver peeloffs and gems.
The card is a 5x5 and I made it from this lovely blue cardstock which so happens to match the hammock. Other bits were used to mat the main image and the inside sentiment.
Thanks for stopping buy today, I appreciate you leaving a comment or two as well. Check out what the other girls have been up to and then join in.

#1 Dad
Hello,
Here is a card I made recently for an order. It was for a gentleman turning 70 who enjoys a weekly bike ride, swimming and generally loving his family time.
I chose to make him a fancy fold card, one I'd not made in a while. The card is a 6x6 navy blue card base and to it I have added lots of papers and elements from Kaisercraft papers out of the Barber Shoppe collection.
I ran some parts through embossing folders and all elements were inked with Brushed Corduroy distress ink.
I used stamps and dies from the Simply Amazing set by Verve. Everything linked up including the pearls in powder blue and black.
This card is for his daughter to give and she calls him her Number One Dad. I used this cute Garden Of Love Bestie I coloured her in using my Promarker pens however I did add after taking this photo a banner saying "number 1 Dad", sorry for not showing that.
This man IS a real gentleman so this had to be added to the card. You can just see the verse on the right of this card.
Well thanks so much for stopping by again today, please leave a comment as I love to read them.

Number One Fan!
Hello,
Today I'd like to share a card I made for a Football fan. He is a huge fan no he LOVES Manchester United and he will be turning 30 soon.
I saw something very similar on Pinterest and thought he would enjoy this. The card is a A5 bright white, which I matted on to it a slightly smaller red card. Then I added a smaller again black card.
I took what I call my "chicken wire" embossing folder and passed a sheet of A5 white card through it, I then cut away several octagons to reveal the black behind. I cut a semi- circle out of grass green and chopped into it, I did it again with a smaller piece. I then cut out a circle in red and then in white and did the same as above cutting away a few octagons to reveal the red beneath but I chose to add black behind a couple.
I tucked the ball in to the grass using foam pads at one end to lift it. I cut out the 30 using my Cricut. Sometime ago I picked up some Official Man-U logo stuff made for crafters and I had these bits left, so I added their emblem to the top left and a little banner to the bottom. A few -- & xx and we were done!

The card uses papers from the Barber Shoppe collection by Kaisercraft I have also used stamps from the Words of Wisdom by Verve On the left flap there is a brass "key to the door" and I have used a few other stamps from my collection along with pearls and the champagne bottle. Everything was inked first with Brushed Corduroy by Ranger.

Nurse Feel Good!!
Hi,
Well it's time for me to share another card with you but this time it is a little different, it is tongue in cheek fun!
I have used a image by Sherri Baldy called Little Nurse Feel Good.
This playful lady can be found here in the mybestiesshop.com I made the card out of pale blue cardstock trimming the front edge by enough to add the banner by Verve.com . I ran Core'dinations pink core card through my heart embossing folder and then rubbed back to reveal the colour. I matted that on to blue paper, running a legnth of ribbon round and adding a heart brad and pink bow.
I coloured in the image with Promarkers and then cut it out with a stitched die. I rubbed the edge with pink chalk too. I cut out a double 'fishtail' banner to mount her on and then added that with foam pads for height. A few pearls and faux stiching on the banner edge and we are done!
This card could be used as a saucy valentines or even to a guy for a Stag Party or in hospital.
Thanks for stopping by, leave a few words if you have taken the time to read all this as I like to read your comments too.

My Besties International February Challenge
Hello there,
Well its 1 February and time for another challenge over at Besties Challenge Blog . As always it is Anything Goes but this month the extra theme is use the colour red/pink or valentines.
Here is my card using the beautiful Butterfly_Dreams_Stiched_Love_Pocket_Letter_KIT This is a super buy, giving you pocket papers, bows, envelopes and banners.
This card is a 6x6 cream card blank which I have added to it some pink pearl paper and on to that a soft brown paper which a friend gave me a while back.
I printed out only the 2 images you see here but there are 8 in total. I made the butterfly one larger than the sweet image. I distressed both and inked with antique linen, then I stitched with a baby pink thread. The first image is flat down with soft green ribbon tied around the bottom. The second image is added with foam pads. I added a big pink daisy along with leaves and twiddle bits. The sentiment is by Verve.
I hope your going to be able to join in this February (month of love!) and maybe win a prize or even become a guest designer.
Thanks for stopping by, leave a few words to say you have been.
I am also entering this card in to the following challenges Simon Says Monday Challenge
